Please note, that because of the natural nature of our Virgin Brazilian, Peruvian, Indian and Malaysian Hair, there will be variations of texture and colour between bundles. Each bundle of hair comes from an individual person and is completely natural from end to end; therefore we can make no guarantees on colour and texture. We will, however, make every effort to match your order to meet your desired requirements. The colour of our natural Virgin Brazilian, Peruvian, Indian and Malaysian Hair is a combination of a 1b and a 2 and may have shades/tones of brown. All our hair can be dyed and bleached and reacts exactly the same as your natural hair.

Due to the pure nature of our natural Virgin Hair products, most product concerns can be resolved with a simple care and maintenance routine. Even a simple wash and condition can often remedy tangling

Terms of Payment

Our terms of payment require complete payment in advance, before your order is dispatched. There are no exceptions. We accept all debit and major credit cards (through Paypal). Your bank card is charged as soon as you place an order online (please visit Paypal for more information). Any type of bank card fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We reserve the right to withhold approval on any sale.

Order Processing

Delivery for other Products including Hair Extensions

All orders can be placed online 24/7. Hair extensions are usually sent out within 3-5 working days within the UK before 4pm GMT. All international orders will arrive within 7-10 working days via standard delivery. Express delivery will arrive in 2 working days. All international orders are provided with an online track-able service. We currently use Fedex to ship to all African nations and Royal Mail-Airsure Service which delivers to over 30 destinations worldwide including all EU countries; Australia, the USA and Canada (please visit Airsure to see their other destinations). We will make every effort to deliver within the time frame stated. However, as delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure.

Lost Shipments

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact Royal Mail directly who can locate the package. If problems continue please contact us so we can expedite the process of recovering your order. We will contact Royal Mail right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending Royal Mail investigation of the situation. If a shipment is returned to us due to the customer inputting the wrong address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

Limitation of Liability

Bahira Hair does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including but not limited to any liability for products not being available for use, or the provision of services and support. In no event shall Bahira Hair, it’s owners, employees, and representatives be held liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. His limitation of liability applies both to products, services, and support. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, Bahira Hair is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase(s) of products or services under this agreement.

Policy Changes

Prices, specifications, and the availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any error, whether photographic or typographical is subject to correction. Bahira Hair, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.

We vow not to collect personal sensitive material without your consent. When placing your order, you may submit personal data to Bahira Hair. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

When entering the www.bahira.co.uk website you are bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and irrespective of your place of domicile, in the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English High Court, the Strand, London. Any dispute in any way referable to the content of this site whether in respect of its trademarks, copyright or image content shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration the terms of which are to be agreed between www.bahira.co.uk and yourself and provide no right or recourse to any relief of the English Courts whether interim or otherwise and that by accessing this site you waive your right for all time to any such right.
